System 5000E 系統(tǒng)是 Pyroban 工作于 2 類危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域內(nèi)各類電氣設(shè)備的主動(dòng)防護(hù)設(shè)備品牌。該系統(tǒng)能持續(xù)監(jiān)控爆炸性氣體并在必要時(shí)關(guān)閉設(shè)備。

經(jīng)過(guò)完全認(rèn)證，5000E系統(tǒng)不僅保留了原始設(shè)備的所有人體工程學(xué)特性和性能優(yōu)點(diǎn)，而且確保所有火源得到防護(hù)。

Forced gas test | to ensure system integrity prior to operation.
Audible and visible alarm | at 10% LEL followed by shutdown at 25%.
Components assessed/modified | All arcing, sparking and hot components are risk assessed and fitted with restricted breathing enclosures to restrict the ingress of the flammable gas/vapour  Temperature monitoring | of hot surfaces to T3 200°C or T4 135°C (including brakes and hydraulic fluid if necessary).
Gas sensing head | is certified for use with gas groups IIA or IIB and is protected to IP54.
